1. Ms. Foxx offered an amendment that reauthorizes funding of $1.5 million annually for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) from 2018 through 2024 to fulfill their responsibilities under the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act (UMRA) of 1995 – reducing the amount by $3 million compared to prior authorization levels.
