Cummings Seeks Trump Administration Plans to Restore Worker Rights After Court Ruling

Washington, D.C. (Aug. 31, 2018)—Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Ranking Member of the House Committee on the Oversight and Government Reform, sent a letter to the Directors of the Office of Personnel Management and the Office of Management and Budget seeking a briefing on their plans to comply with a recent federal court decision invalidating provisions of President Trump's Executive Orders.
